服務概覽 法院社工服務涵蓋全港法院，包括所有裁判法 院、區域法院和高等法院，支援涉嫌違法人士、 候審人士和更生人士及其家屬，幫助他們處理 刑事司法程序，減輕他們在司法過程中所面對 的壓力和困擾，解決個人及家庭福利問題。此 外，社工也為被判刑人士提供善後輔導，匡助 更生，加強他們的守法意識，預防他們重犯。 Service Overview Court social workers reach out to individuals and their families who are suspected of infringing the law, or being taken into prosecution process, to provide comprehensive counselling services. The service areas cover all Magistrates’ Courts, The District Court and The High Court in Hong Kong. Our services aim at alleviating their pressure and assisting them to resolve their welfare problems while strengthening their sense of law compliance throughout prosecution processes and post-sentencing stage.
