服務使用者透過製作面具、重寫自己的生命故事。 Service users made their own masks to rewrite the story of life. 義工與服務使用者一同透過活動,促進身心靈健康。 Volunteers and service users participated in the activity to promote health and wellbeing. 義工與服務對象一同寫揮春,慶祝節日。 Volunteers wrote Fai Chun with service users and to celebrate the festival. 主要工作 香港賽馬會社區資助計劃綠洲計劃除了協助服 務使用者戒除藥癮外,亦鼓勵他們實踐自我, 發揮潛能,達致全人發展,這亦大大加強預防 重吸的果效。過去一年,計劃透過建立不同社 區資源網絡,以達致以上目標;包括探訪弱能人 士中心及一同提供社區服務,以及與社區義工 組織粵北山區學生探訪活動。計劃不僅增強了 服務使用者的自我認同感,更透過義工服務由 受助者改變為服務提供者的角色。 今年計劃繼續在宿舍生活加入融合身心靈健康的 活動︰身體(健康講座、身體檢查、共進晚餐)、 社交及情緒(音樂、種植、郊遊、靜觀、義工和 教會探訪)和靈性(義工服務意義)。同時,計劃 亦嘗試舉行靜觀小組,舍友回應指小組有助他 們學習明白及接納自己疾病或問題。宿舍是年 舉行 8 節小組,主要運用敍事理論、並以表達藝 術及攝影活動為分享平台,重寫生命故事,注 入新力量,協助組員建立正面的自我認同,提 升他們的自我能力感。 年度重點 Highlights of the Year Major Tasks In addition to assisting substance abusers in getting rid of drug habit, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: Project Oasis also helps them achieve their full potential and develop holistically, which greatly strengthen their endurance in staying away from drugs. In the past year, Project Oasis has established different networks. Service users were encouraged to assist festival celebrations activities, visiting mentally retarded hostel and jointly organised program with them, co-organised visits to students of North Guangdong Province with other community volunteers. The project was not only enhancing their sense of self-identification, but also contributing to the community by changing their role from service recipients to service providers. The project continued developed Body-Mind-Spirit Health Development Programmes. Different forms of Body (healthy talk, body check, cooking meal), Mind (music, planting, outing, meditation, and visits by the volunteer and church members) and Spirit (meaning of volunteer services) were incorporated into programmes. A meditation group was also organised this year and the feedback from service users was good which helped them understand how to face and accept the disease or problem. The eight-session group was held at hostel by using mainly narrative theories, together with expressive art and photography as sharing platforms for service users to rewrite the story of life and insert new energy to help them establish positive self- identity and enhance their self-efficacy. | 50 |
