一切從基本健康出發 水銀星三號於本年度新增賽馬會診所外展服務， 旨在向一般市民推廣正確傷口護理的訊息 , 以減 低因傷口接觸而感染任何血液傳染病的機會。 服務於本年度共接觸 2,225 名市民，共派發 5,920 份傷口護理錦囊予他們。 Start from Primary Health Care Service Mercury III has started a new community education programme this year to target at the general public, by visiting the Jockey Club clinics in different districts to promote blood and wound care.
