服務概覽 專業發展及質素管理部秉持本會的核心價值 – 「專業」、「關懷」及「夥伴合作」，透過培訓、交 流、臨床督導及個案會議等回應服務需要的轉 變及員工的專業發展。此外，我們關注服務質 素的管理及提升，推行定期和不定期的內檢工 作，優化服務。 專業培訓及傳承 透過多元化培訓，致力發展及鞏固不同職系、 年資同工的知識和技巧；過去提供的培訓包括 「戒毒輔導 – 處理冰毒個案交流會」、「非暴力危機 處理計劃、「年長更生人士的生理、心理及精神 健康的需要和特性」、「腦退化與長者抑鬱的評 估方法導引」，以及特別為管理級別同工而設的 「建立會內輔導文化」等。 此外，我們將工作智慧、經驗及研討成果整合， 並上載內聯網新成立的「 PDQM Corner 」，當中範 疇包括法律知識、資源及臨床督導分享。同時， 參考「美國藥物濫用及精神健康服務管理局」推 薦的「 SAFE-T 」，臨床督導團隊拍攝了「自殺個案的 評估及處理」錄像，成為個案討論的教材，並由 臨床督導指導，鞏固同工處理高危個案的技巧 及提升其洞察力。 理論與實務結合 本會鼓勵理論與實務結合，實踐所學，如「辯 證行為治療法」中的正念禪修技巧「新手媽媽小 組」，為已戒除毒癮的新手媽媽灌輸情緒管理的 技巧。為年長更生人士而設，結合生死教育和 敘事治療法的「我的下一站旅程」等。 另外，獲關明德博士和 Prof. J. Stephen Wormith 的 寶貴意見，「服務水平 / 個案管理量表」中文版翻 譯完成，共收回 1,168 份調查作分析，並正式通 過「個案管理量表驗證研究可信度研究」。中文 版量表促進同工與服務使用者溝通、更有效使 用國際評估工具和有助使用華語友好機構之間 的交流。 Service Overview Professional Development & Quality Management Department upholds the Society’s core values of “professionalism”, “Caring” and “Partnership”. We have responded service users’ ever-changing needs and staff’s professional development through training, exchange, clinical supervision and case conference. In addition, we have committed to focus on service quality management and enhancement. Regular and random internal service audits have been implemented for quality service. Professional training and knowledge inheritance Through diversified trainings, we have committed to develop and consolidate the knowledge and skills of staff in different position and working experience. In the past, trainings included “Drug Counselling – Handling of the Cases with Crystal Methamphetamine”, “The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Programme”, “The Physical, Psychological and Mental Health of Elderly Offender”, “Introduction of Assessment Tools on Dementia and Elderly Depression” and the “Creating Coaching Culture at SRACP” was arranged for the management level. Besides, we have contributed their practice wisdom, experience and studies into the newly established hub “PDQM Corner” on the intranet which included legal knowledge, resource and clinical supervision sharing. Also, having reference to SAFE-T that recommended by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Association of USA, the video clip “The Assessment and Treatment of Suicidal Case” was made by the clinical supervision team. It has been used in the case conference which led by the clinical supervisors, which enhanced the skills in crisis management and sensitivity of staff. Integration of theory and practice The Society has stood for the integration of theory and practice for professional development. Staff developed different groups such as, the “Group of New Motherhood” was tailor-made for the female service users with mindfulness techniques of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It aimed to develop their positive emotional management skills and confidence of maintaining drug abstinence. In addition, “My Next Journey” that combined of life and death education and narrative therapy was provided for the elderly offenders. Also, with the valuable advice from our committee member, Dr. KWAN Ming-tak and Prof. J. Stephen Wormith, The Traditional Chinese version of Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (LS/ CMI) Validation Research & inventory translation was completed, with total 1,168 questionnaires received.
