Stephen Wormith 亦以網上會議提供 進階培訓和諮詢,鞏固概念和技巧。 專業交流及合作 我們持續與不同界別的交流擴大更生康復網絡。 去年,新加坡復員技訓企業管理局的 5 位代表到 本會交流 5 天,並到訪不同單位,深入交流。另 外,新加坡監獄服務的高層及中層管理同工共 32 人到訪本會,並於社會康復服務及預防犯罪 方面作互動交流。 年長更生人士服務發展 年長更生人士服務集合專業人士的力量,於懲 教院所內深化工作,透過持續舉辦「健康不倒 翁」小組 ; 特地在身心靈社模式上加入音樂治療 及藝術治療,反應正面。 質素管理 在持續改善和提升服務質素的原則下,同工敏 感度、知識及處理外檢的預備等均逐步加強, 包括更新政府的指引和要求、隨機內檢、定期的 「服務表現監察制度」內檢,入職迎新、內檢員 培訓等。又如定下「紀錄保留和銷毀政策」,確 立紀錄銷毁程序,加強工作流程和強化對私隱 的敏感度和知識。此外,隨機內檢社會服務中 心亦已進行,個案及服務紀錄的準確、更新、 社會福利署規定的服務數量及基本規定等,尤 為內檢重點。 In addition, Prof. J. Professional exchange and Collaboration Professional exchange has enhanced the service development and network building. In the past year, a five day study trip was arranged for the five representatives from Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises. Besides, total 32 middle and senior officials from Singapore Prison Service visited the Society and there were frequent and in-depth exchanges on ex-offender rehabilitation and crime prevention. Development of Elderly Offender Service The Elderly Task Force has mobilized the professional volunteer to support and consolidate our work in institution continuously. Tailor- made program “Healthy Tumbler” was re-run positively, with the addition of music therapy and art therapy that were integrated into the Body-Mind-Spirt-Community Model. Quality Management To adhere to the principle of continuous improvement and provision of quality service, staff’s sensitivity, knowledge and preparation for external audit have been gradually strengthened included the update on the guidelines and requests of government, random check, regular internal audit on Service and Performance Monitor System, new staff orientation and training of internal auditor. Furthermore, The “Record Retention and Destruction Policy” had been established for regular documents destruction, the enhancement of workflow and staff’s awareness on privacy. Moreover, a random check on Social Service Centre had been conducted.
