2018–2019 47 ANNUAL REPORT 年報 水銀星三號 – 深入愛滋病及血液傳播疾病支援及預防教育計劃 Mercury III – Intensive Support and Prevention Programme for AIDS and Blood-borne Diseases 服務概覽 由愛滋病信託基金贊助的「水銀星三號 – 深入 愛滋病及血液傳染疾病支援及預防教育計劃」 以身心靈健康介入模式，協助服務對象減少危 害個人健康的行為，重建對自己健康負責的生 活方式。計劃寓意服務有如「水銀瀉地，無孔不 入」，在社區推動愛滋病及血液傳染疾病的預 防教育及支援服務。計劃設有四個項目： 「關心共同睇」在囚人士 健康教育計劃 為關押在各懲教院所（戒毒所和關押青少年罪 犯及成年罪犯的懲教單位）、入境事務中心及 社會福利署感化 / 住宿院舍，合共 22 個單位的 所員，提供愛滋病及血液傳染病（性病及病毒 性肝炎）預防教育。服務形式包括健康講座、深 入輔導小組及大型教育活動等。 SERVICE OVERVIEW The Mercury III – Intensive Support and Preventive Programme for AIDS and Blood-borne Diseases is funded by AIDS Trust Fund. A body-mind-spirit approach is adopted as an intervention model to provide holistic care to targeted service users, helping them with building up a new lifestyle, being responsible for their own health and minimising any harm to their health. Mercury III focuses on intensive preventive education on AIDS and blood-borne diseases in the community through four projects: Project Together We Care Hearts Behind Bars – Health Education for the Inmates Aiming at preventing the AIDS and blood-borne diseases (including sexual transmitted infections and viral Hepatitis), preventive education programmes including health talks, intensive groups and mass educational programmes were carried out for 22 units. They included the institutes under Correctional Service Department, Immigration Department as well as Social Welfare Department. The service targeted prisoners and clients in drug addiction treatment centres, correctional institutions for juvenile and adult criminals. 「關心共同體」計劃在兒童及青少年院進行健康教育 及深入輔導活動。 Project TWC launched intensive health educational counselling in Children and Juvenile Home. 「熱點追綜」舉行丙型肝炎講座。 “Project Hotspot” launched the Hepatitis C Talk.
