The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong 香港善導會 48 Project Hotspots Tracking – Health Education for the Inmates With harm reduction approach, social workers and peer supporters carried out individual and group counselling at spots where Chinese drug abusers gathered (Methadone Clinics and drug addiction treatment organisations). Peer supports who were the ex-drug abusers were trained to launch harm reduction education to drug abusers. For promoting community hygiene, free wound care kits were distributed in the “No Reused Needles” programme. Project Care Mobile Net – Health Education for the Sex Workers and Clients Targeting on female sex workers and their male clients, outreach education, including individual and group education as well as intensive counselling were provided. For the sake of promoting healthy lifestyle, free condoms and educational publicity items have been distributed at sex service provision venues and hotspots. We also provided voluntary counseling and anti-body testing service of HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B&C. In order to reach to the hidden groups, online outreach services were enabled through online and mobile applications. Project Member Special Mission – Health Education for men who have sex with men Targeting on men who have sex with men, outreach services, including casework, group work, community work and online platform were launched for preventing the AIDS and blood-borne diseases. We distributed free condoms and lubricants as well as provided voluntary counseling and anti-body testing service of HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B&C. We also joined and collaborated in the community activities aimed at providing education to the public. 「熱點追蹤」藥物濫用者 健康教育計劃 以緩減傷害的介入手法，於華裔藥物誤用人士 聚集的地點（美沙酮診所及不同戒毒機構）， 與已受訓練的朋輩支援員推行個人及小組預 防教育。朋輩支援員是戒毒的社群人士，透過 訓練，讓他們向其他社群人士進行緩減傷害 教育。另外，本計劃亦免費派發傷口處理衞生 包，以及推動「無舊針」衞生社區計劃。 「關懷移動網」性工作者及顧客 健康教育計劃 為女性性工作者以及其男性顧客提供外展教 育、個人及小組預防教育和深入輔導，並於不 同性工作服務場所及熱點，免費派發安全套及 服務宣傳用品，向目標社群推廣健康的生活習 慣。計劃亦提供免費、保密及不記名的自願性 輔導及抗體快速測試服務（愛滋病、梅毒、乙型 及丙型肝炎）。透過網上及手機程式平台，接觸 隱蔽群組，推行網上外展教育服務。 「會員特務」男男性接觸者 健康教育計劃 為男男性接觸者進行外展服務，當中包括個 案、小組、社區及網上平台的形式，提供愛滋 病及血液傳染病預防教育，並免費派發安全 套、潤滑劑及提供自願性輔導及抗體快速測試 服務（包括愛滋病、梅毒、乙型及丙型肝炎）。 計劃亦參與並協辦社區活動，為公眾提供教育 資訊。 「熱點追綜」的朋輩參加小組活動，同行互勉。 Peer supporters in Project Hotspot participated in the group activity, showing amity and encouragement. 「會員特務」計劃參與社區教育活動。 Project MSM joint the community education activity.
