2018–2019 51 ANNUAL REPORT 年報 服務概覽 為延續本會對少數族裔人士戒毒康復的支援， 本服務再獲得禁毒基金資助，推行為期三年的 具文化敏感度、一站式、社區為本的戒毒康復 支援服務，以健康作介入點，採用實證為本的 介入手法，引導和支援吸毒人士、戒毒康復人 士及其家庭邁向無毒和更健康的生活方式。另 外，為回應跨代吸毒情況的關注，本服務加強 對家庭成員及孩子的支援，提升抗毒能力及自 我效能感，以預防吸毒。 經社工專業評估後，會按不同改變階段及需要 為少數族裔吸毒者及戒毒康復者提供輔導及 其他支援服務，例如：個案戒毒輔導、支援小 組、消閒活動、職業輔助、家庭支援活動、親職 教育、吸毒者及戒毒康復者子女的抗毒教育等。 少數族裔戒毒康復支援服務 II Project CARE to SHARE – Community-based Treatment And Rehabilitation Support Service for Ethnic Minorities II SERVICE OVERVIEW In the past decade, SRACP has been providing continuous support to the ethnic minority (EM) communities to fight against drugs. We strive to fulfil the rising needs of drug treatment and rehabilitation service and in 2016, we secured the sponsorship from Beat Drugs Fund to provide another 3-year community- based, one-stop and cultural sensitive rehabilitation service. By adopting evidence-based approaches and health as the intervention focus, we aim at motivating and supporting drug abusers, rehabilitees and their family members to live with a drug- free and healthy lifestyle. In addition, in respond to cross generation drug abuse concern, our Project enhances support to the family members, particularly their children, by fostering their capacity and self-efficacy to prevent from drug abuse.
