2018–2019 55 ANNUAL REPORT 年報 本會致力推動專業發展和質素管理,鼓勵研習 知識,深化技巧以加強員工的個人及專業成長 以提升服務質素。 整合‧研習‧傳承 在協助更生康復方面,本會繼續將理論與實務 結合,除基本技巧培訓外,在社會服務發展基 金資助下,二零一八年本會邀請了著名學者 David Prescott 和 Willis Gwen 來港開展「美好生命 模式及本地應用」工作坊,讓同工學習如何協 助更生人士減低重犯風險以及關注自身「身、 心、靈」,以達至改過遷善。 此外,本會亦邀請了葵涌醫院精神科醫生劉芸 芸主講「認識冰毒 – 評估、治療、介入」,以加強 醫社合作,支援濫用冰毒人士。 臨床督導團隊繼續以整合、研習和傳承為方 向。透過首次舉辦的「輔導研習小組」,加強不 同服務單位共同分享和互相學習的文化。另 外,四位臨床督導主任與臨床心理學家、研究 部督導主任, LS/CMI 犯罪危機及需要主培訓員 (master trainer) 等成立「美好生命模式」研習小 組,嘗試以強項視角優勢為本協助更生人士重 建新生。臨床督導的成效更於二零一八年舉 行的「臨床督導滿意度調查研究」中,獲得平均 88% 同工正面的回應。 持續提升質素管理 本會持續提升服務質素以回應不同的服務需 要。透過員工培訓、相關指引更新、隨機內檢 和模擬內檢等,除加強同工對質素管理的重要 元素如私隱、紀錄銷毀等知識和敏感度外,亦 能檢視工作流程和服務質素。 The Society is committed to promote professional development and quality management, staff are encouraged to develop and consolidate the skills and knowledge so as to enhance their service quality. INTEGRATION ‧ STUDY ‧ INHERITANCE The Society has stood for the integration of theory and practices particularly in rehabilitation services. Apart from essential training, the Society invited two reputed Good Lives Model (GLM) practitioners, David Prescott and Willis Gwen to Hong Kong in 2018. With the support from Social Welfare Development Fund, “The Good Lives Model and the application in local context” workshop was held in which our social workers learned how to facilitate service users to prioritize their life goals in order to reduce their risks of reoffending. In addition, Dr. LIU Wan-wan of the Substance Abuse Unit of Kwai Chung Hospital was invited to deliver a talk themed “Understanding on ICE: Assessment, Treatment and Intervention”. Social workers gained solid understanding on “ICE” addiction and learned how to support substance abusers. Clinical supervision team has been focusing on integration, study and inheritance. The first “Counselling study group” is formed so as to initiate sharing and learning culture across service centres. Moreover, the “Good Lives Model study group” consisted of four clinical supervisors, clinical psychologist, research and development supervisor and master trainer of LS/CMI worked together to enhance offender service in strength-based perspective. In addition, the Clinical Supervision Satisfaction Survey was carried out in 2018 and average 88% positive responses were received. QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND ENHANCEMENT The Society has responded service users’ ever-changing needs through staff training, review guidelines, random internal audit and mock audit exercise. It aims to raise staff awareness and sensitivity on some key elements of quality management such as privacy, destruction of case recording and also to review their operation procedures and service quality. 專業發展及質素管理 Professional Development and Quality Management
