The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong 香港善導會 96 職業服務及社會企業 EMPLOYMENT SERVICE AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISE 透過籌辦嶄新的技能培訓及擴大配對工種，為 服務使用者提供就業上流階梯，並積極推動為 更生青年、邊青及少數族裔青年突破自我的培 育及創業服務，促進正面經驗，以充份發展其 個人潛能。同時，著力拓展社會企業明朗服務 有限公司的烘焙及展覽業務，為客戶提供更優 質的專業服務之餘，也能讓更生人士及弱勢社 群獲得在職培訓及就業機會，幫助他們自力更 生。 In order to promote more upward mobility opportunities, the Branch will develop more new employment skills training and expand job varieties to our service users. Besides, our Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Service promotes positive experience and foster personal breakthrough of young ex- offenders, youth-at-risks and ethnic minorities youth so as to build up their capacities. Our social enterprise, Bright Services Company Limited, will continue developing quality and professional services to our customers in bakery and exhibition businesses. It can also provide on-the-job training and working opportunities to help our users to lead self-reliant life. 與大館保持恆常合作關係，匯聚社區資源，發 揮協同效應，來年將進一步推展創新服務，惠 及更多服務使用者。同時，本著「預防犯罪，從 小做起」的理念，社區教育及預防犯罪服務亦 會投放更多資源，為幼稚園提供教育活動，培 育幼童自小建立正確價值觀。「凝聚力」及「充 權」是義工發展服務的來年重點，加強社區義 工及服務使用者義工的協作，舉行更多共融活 動。此外，將延續「甦 LIFE 」生命導賞團，以過來 人自身的經歷融入社區，讓社會大眾對更生人 士、復元人士有更立體的認識。 Having built partnership with Tai Kwun, extended innovative service in the territory will be organised and benefit more service users. In addition, more effort will be put in kindergarten service, so as to instill good and positive values in children at a young age. “Cohesion“ and “Empowerment“ will be the focus of Volunteer Development Service. More inclusive activities will be launched through the collaborative efforts of community volunteers and service users volunteers. “So LIFE” community tour will be strengthened and rehabilitated service users will share their life transformation journey in the community. Public by then can have multi-dimensional understanding towards our ex-offenders and persons in mental recovery. 社區教育及義工服務 COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND VOLUNTEER SERVICE
