36 In addition, “So Link Project” initiated by Sham Shui Po Revival Hub was to enhance the long sentenced ex-offenders to catch up with information technology and re-integrate into the society with the support of community volunteers. In view of the increasing service demands of the elderly and ethnic minorities, mutual support groups for elderly ex-offenders and ethnic minorities substance abuse users were organised at various centres. Establishment of Integrated Service Centre (ISC) 4 ISCs (7 Revival Hubs) are established in territory- wide districts in May 2019. Community linkage and family integration are emphasised under the new integrated service model. Moreover, ISCs organised club house, mutual support groups and volunteer services with objectives to train up those rehabilitated ex-offenders as peer supporters to serve other users with similar background. Innovative and Multifarious Services With the funding support of Beat Drugs Fund, Chuk Yuen Revival Hub continued to implement the “Project Buddies & Buddies” to provide peer support service for hidden drug users. “Service users’ participation” is applied to transform the drug users as “buddies” and “volunteers” in order to rebuild prosocial lifestyles in mutual support groups with peer supporters. A total of 231 hidden drug users were served during this year. Among them, we successfully increased 78% of service users’ intention to quit drugs and 72% decreased the frequency to taking drug. 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 發展綜合服務模式 本會於二零一九年五月在港九新界設立 4 間社 會康復及支援綜合服務中心(共 7 個服務點)。 在新的綜合服務模式下,我們強調與社區不同 界別人士及團體合作,及為更生人士的家人 提供服務。綜合服務中心透過俱樂部、互助小 組、義工服務等活動,培訓已康復的更生人士 踏上新階梯,以朋輩身份支援其他同路人。 創新多元服務 竹康滙獲禁毒基金資助繼續推行「老友鬼鬼」 計劃,訓練朋輩支援員及義工以外展形式接觸 隱蔽濫藥者,並為服務對象建立互助小組,運 用「服務使用者參與」理念,協助濫藥人士轉化 為「同行者」或「助人者」身份,繼而協助其他濫 藥人士重建健康生活模式。此計劃年內共服務 231 名濫藥人士,當中成功協助 78% 人士提升 治療意欲,另有 72% 人士減少吸毒。 由深康滙推行的「甦連計劃」目的是協助長刑期 更生人士熟習資訊科技,並在社區義工協助下 重投社區生活。面對人口老化和少數族裔的服 務需求日增,各綜合服務中心為年長更生人士 和少數族裔濫藥人士舉辦互助小組。 「扶輪善導喜迎營之健廚篇」 冠軍菜式 — 香港「正」雲吞。 “Hong Kong Delicious Wonton” — Champion Dish of the “Staying Healthy!
