47 「關心共同睇」 – 在囚人士 健康教育計劃 透過講座及小組，加強愛滋病及血液傳染病 ( 性病及病毒性肝炎 ) 預防教育及衞生健康教 育。服務單位共 22 所，包括關押接觸性服務行 業及曾有藥物濫用背景人士的懲教院所及入境 事務中心、青年懲教院所、社會福利署轄下感 化 / 住宿院舍，及部分非政府機構之關押式院 所。 Project Together – We Care Hearts Behind Bars – Health Education for the Inmates Preventive education on AIDS and blood-borne diseases (sexually transmitted infections and viral Hepatitis included), as well as health and sex education are carried out, in the mode of mass talks and intensive groups for 22 units of institutions such as Correctional Service Department, Immigration Centres under Immigration Department used for the detention of people with backgrounds in drug addiction and sexual services. Correctional institutions for juvenile criminals, correctional/residential homes under the Social Welfare Department, as well as some closed institutions in non-governmental organisations. 「關懷移動網」 – 性工作者及顧客 健康教育計劃 為性工作者及其顧客提供外展教育、個人及小 組預防教育和深入輔導，並於不同性工作服務 場所及熱點，免費派發安全套及服務宣傳用 品，向目標社群推廣健康生活習慣。另提供免 費、保密及不記名的自願性輔導及抗體快速測 試服務 ( 愛滋病、梅毒、乙型及丙型肝炎 ) ，並 經網上平台及手機程式接觸隱蔽群組。 「會員特務」 – 男男性接觸者 健康教育計劃 透過網上平台、社區外展、小組及個案工作 等，為男男性接觸者高危群組提供愛滋病及血 液傳染病預防教育服務，包括自願性輔導及抗 體快速測試服務 ( 愛滋病、梅毒、乙型及丙型肝 炎 ) ，及免費派發安全套及潤滑劑。 Project Care Mobile Net – Health Education for the Sex Workers and Clients Outreach education, individual and group education, as well as intensive counselling are provided for male and female sex workers and their clients to promote healthy lifestyle. Free condoms and educational publicity items were distributed at sex service venues and hotspots. We also provide counselling and free voluntary testing services (HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C included) on an anonymous and confidential basis. To reach hidden groups, online outreach services were conducted through online and mobile applications. Project Member Special Mission – Health Education for Men Who Have Sex with Men We provide AIDS and blood-borne diseases preventive education to high risk men who have sex with men (MSM) through internet outreach, community outreach, group and case intervention. We also provide voluntary counselling and testing service (HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B and C included) and distribution of free condoms and lubricants to service users. 「會員特務」進行社區外展服務。 “Project MSM” workers were conducting community outreach.
