49 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 健康教育短片共同睇 Together We Care about You: Health Videos 在新冠肺炎疫情期間,我們製作一系列與衞生有關的教育短片,分享 予伙伴機構,包括政府及非政府服務機構,冀與服務使用者齊心抗疫。 During the COVID-19 epidemic, we produced a series of videos related to the latest health issues and shared with governmental and non-governmental service partners and their service users, in hope of getting over the hardship and keeping abreast of the latest news with our service users. 建立社區轉介聯繫 Establish Community Linkage 我們一直與社區各醫療服務機構緊密合作,為懷疑感染愛滋病病毒者提供轉介服務,本年度更與威爾斯親王醫 院及瑪麗醫院合作,為丙型肝炎感染者提供轉介服務。我們提供輔導及陪診服務,醫護人員則提供專業意見及安 排治療,讓服務使用者得到適時支援。 To connect with local medical sector, apart from HIV+ case referral, we established an official Hep C+ case referral collaboration with Prince of Wales Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital this year. Professional counselling, out-patient escort service and medical consultation advice were provided by our staff and medical staff respectively. 線上彩虹 Online Rainbow – Connections with MSM 本年度,「會員特務」計劃透過網上平台及交友程式,由社工及朋輩支援員提供一對一線上對話,直接與高危男男 性接觸者社群接觸,提供專業的預防及教育服務資訊。 This year, “Project MSM” reached high risk MSM service users through internet and social apps directly with AIDS and blood- borne diseases information. Social workers and peer supporters provided professional preventive education to services users by one-on-one online chatting. 在群育學校舉辦性教育小組。 A series of sex education groups were held for a school for social development. 強化網上外展服務接觸高危年輕群組 Further Developed Online Service to Reach Young and Hidden Target Group 為接觸更多年輕及隱蔽群組,我們積極拓展網上渠道。除網上討論 區及手機即時通訊程式外,更善用社交平台與服務使用者加強互 動,並製作貼近青年文化的線上宣傳品,及舉辦網上宣傳活動,以 吸引更多有需要的年輕群組留意本會服務。年內,半數接受愛滋病 病毒測試的男性顧客經由網上接觸,當中逾 70% 為 16 至 29 歲。 We further developed online service in order to reach more young and hidden target groups. Beside online forums and mobile apps, new social media platforms were established for interacting with service targets. We produced trendy online publicity items, as well as holding promotion and community education to attract more young targets who need our services. During this year, 50% of sex worker clients who took the VCT service were networked via online platforms, and over 70% of them were 16 to 29 years old.
