52 午夜南光 II – 高危少數族裔青少年禁毒計劃 Project Midnight Southray II – Drug preventive service for high risk non- Chinese ethnic Night Youth Drifters through Midnight Outreach 服務概覽 自二零一八年，本計劃再獲「禁毒基金」資助， 為香港的高危少數族裔青少年提供為期三年的 禁毒服務。我們透過不同類型的活動及講座， 培養高危少數族裔青少年抗拒吸毒的態度；及 早識別少數族裔隱蔽吸毒者，提高他們的求助 意識；並讓少數族裔青少年更了解與毒品有關 的禍害及刑事責任。 在少數族裔聚集的地區推行外展服務（包括深 宵外展服務）是服務重點之一，藉此擴闊計劃 的接觸社群，增加他們對本會服務的認識。我 們亦提供電話諮詢服務，為服務使用者提供有 關毒品的資訊或其他情緒支援；並透過各類網 上社交平台進行網上外展服務，加強宣傳禁毒 及健康資訊，亦為隱蔽吸毒者提供多一個求助 渠道。 另外，我們按照少數族裔青少年自身的興趣， 舉辦各類培訓及恒常興趣班，以提升其自我效 能感，並增強其抗毒能力及減低吸毒的可能 性，以及有助我們與高危少數族裔青少年建立 關係，提升其求助意識。 經社工及朋輩支援員評估後，因應服務用者需 要及狀況提供適切的轉介及跟進服務，例如戒 毒服務、職業培訓服務、情緒支援輔導服務等。 Service Overview The project has been funded by “Beat Drugs Fund” since August 2018, to provide the drugs preventive service non-Chinese ethnic youths at high risk for three years. Through different types of activities and sharing, we aim to foster high risk non-Chinese ethnic youths to resist drug abuse, identify and intervene early for hidden non-Chinese ethnic young drug abusers, as well as raising their awareness of seeking help. In addition, participants can understand the harms and criminal responsibilities related to drugs. Outreaching service (including mid-night outreaching service) in areas where non-Chinese ethnic youths gather is one of our key services, so as to expand our service coverage and hence enhancing their awareness of our service. Also, we set up a telephone information service for service users to receive immediate response on drug-related query or other emotional support. We conduct online outreaching service on different online social media platforms to better promote the anti-drug and health messages, in order to strengthen non-Chinese ethnic groups’ health awareness and provide platforms to those hidden young drug users to seek help. In addition, we organise different trainings and regular interest classes according to the interests of high risk non-Chinese ethnic youths, so as to build up their self-efficacy, thereby develop their anti-drug ability and reduce the possibility of drug abuse. This intervention service helps us to build up relationship with high risk non-Chinese ethnic youths, and to raise hidden non-Chinese ethnic drug abuser’s awareness of seeking support from us.
