54 專業發展及質素管理 Professional Development and Quality Management 本會致力推動專業發展和質素管理，鼓勵研習 知識，深化技巧以加強員工的個人及專業成 長，提升服務質素。 建立專業而創新的團隊 在協助更生康復方面，本會積極研習「危機‧ 需要‧反應理論」及「美好生命模式」。我們獲 社會服務發展基金資助，於二零一九年八月 至九月期間舉行了 4 節「美好生命模式」網上訓 練。著名學者 David Prescott 和 Gwenda Willis 與同 事研究個案及示範，讓同工掌握協助服務使用 者尋找「美好生命」目標的技巧。 The Society is committed to promoting professional development and quality management, staff are encouraged to develop and consolidate the skills and knowledge so as to enhance their service quality. Building a Professional and Innovative Service Team The Society has continued to study the integration of Risk-Need- Responsivity theory (RNR) and Good Lives Model (GLM) in Social Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention Service. Four online GLM trainings sponsored by Social Welfare Development Fund were organised in August and September 2019. GLM trainers, David Prescott and Gwenda Willis, discussed cases and did role-play demonstrations with our social workers. Participants showed deeper understanding in prioritising service users’ life goals and designing good lives plan. 我們嘗試在實務上結合「危機‧需要‧反應理 論」及「美好生命模式」。去年，我們組成「美 好生命模式」研習小組，在和諧粉彩小組活動 中，與服務使用者探索「美好生命」目標，及製 作不同工具，以累積更多實務經驗，協助員工 評估更生人士重犯風險，並以優勢視角協助更 生人士重建新生活。 服務級別 / 個案管理量表 (LS/CMI) 是一套犯罪危 機及需要評估工具，培訓於二零二零年一月順 利舉行，由主培訓員及 6 位培訓員帶領學員認 識評估工具，及辨識各項犯罪因素。我們更邀 請澳門社會重返廳的社會工作員參與本年度的 培訓。 The Society emphasised to integrate RNR and GLM into practices in order to reduce recidivism. Last year, the “Good Lives Model study group” was formed and started to explore “Good Lives goals” with users in the Pastel Nagomi Art group, as well as to develop some useful tools to gather solid experience. The objective was to identify users’ criminogenic needs while adopting strength- based perspective in offender rehabilitation. Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) Users Training was successfully held in January 2020. The master trainer and 6 trainers led the participants to use the measurement tools for assessing the risk of recidivism of service users and identify various criminogenic factors.
