55 面向國際 專業交流 本會派員工赴外地參與交流及培訓，學習嶄新 的服務策略及技巧；及讓員工代表本會到內地 提供禁毒培訓課程。 二零一九年九月， 6 位更生康復服務的員工 赴英國倫敦進行為期兩周的培訓，並探訪當 地 6 間 社 會 服 務 機 構，包 括 RECOOP 、 St. Giles Trust 、 Circles UK 、 Switchback 、 Storybook Dads 及 Forgiveness 計劃，從中認識各類服務模式、得 獎服務的創新設計概念，及服務推廣等。是次 培訓不但擴闊員工的專業視野，更有助探討將 海外經驗引進本會，推動創新服務。 Engaging the World Professional Exchange The Society sent staff to participate in overseas exchange to gain knowledge on new service strategies and skills and provided training to mainland practitioners. We sent 6 staff from offender service to London, United Kingdom for a two-week training and toured 6 agencies namely RECOOP, St. Giles Trust, Circles UK, Switchback, Storybook Dads and The Forgiveness Project in September 2019. Through sharing with different organisations, staff had deeper understanding towards different service models, innovative ideas of award-winning services, service promotion strategies, etc. It not only broadened our colleagues’ professional horizon, but also helped adopt overseas experiences into the Society, so as to develop innovative service. 退修活動 二零一九年六月，本會聯同合作伙伴慈山寺為 社會康復及預防犯罪服務屬下的社工及舍監安 排靜心參學活動，包括行禪體驗、抄經體驗、 參觀慈山寺藝術博物館等，讓員工在忙碌的工 作中，抽空關注自己身心健康，體驗在靜中得 力。同年十二月，社會康復及預防犯罪服務的 主管參與退修日活動，由本會義務顧問（社會 康復及預防犯罪服務）鄧秉明先生 , CSDSM 分享 未來更生服務發展的挑戰。員工積極交流，構 思創新服務予青年、家庭及長者。 Retreat Day With the support from Tsz Shan Monastery, our social workers and hostel wardens attended a day tour to Tsz Shan Monastery in June 2019. Participants experienced mindful walking, mindful writing and visited Tsz Shan Monastery Museum to enjoy peaceful moment without disturbance. Our supervisory staff attended another retreat day in December 2019. We were honored to invite Mr. Raymond TANG Ping Ming, CSDSM, Honorary Consultant of Social Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention Service to share the challenges on future development of rehabilitation services.
