106 精神健康服務 精神健康服務來年將以專業培訓、治療小組和 活動、定期個案會議和個案諮詢等多元形式, 加強復元為本的實務。我們運用優勢評估探索 復元人士的各種潛能、能力、技能、資源和願 望,並實踐「創傷知情照顧」的原則和知識,以 了解精神健康問題和違法行為。我們檢討朋輩 支援員培訓課程後,發展出結合互動式講課和 實習的混合培訓模式,招募更多復元人士接受 培訓並參與朋輩服務。 另外,我們加強與地區中學和青少年服務合 作,推動青少年精神健康;由專業團隊為學校 轉介的服務使用者,提供輔導、心理評估、功 能或職業培訓和照顧者支援等。 最後,我們發展社區為本的動物輔助支援服 務,訓練有能力的服務使用者成為動物義工, 為中學生提供動物輔助支援活動,並加強與公 眾連繫,促進社區精神健康。 Mental Health Service In the coming year, Mental Health Service will enhance recovery- oriented practices through multi-modality of professional training, therapeutic groups and activities, regular case meetings and case consultations. We use strengths assessment to explore the various talents, abilities, skills, resources, and aspirations of persons in recovery, and acquire the knowledge of “Trauma-informed Care” to understand mental health issues and offending behaviours. After reviewing the “Peer Supporter Training Course”, we will then develop a hybrid mode of interactive lecture and practicum for recruiting more persons in recovery to receive training and participate in the peer services. In addition, we will strengthen our collaboration with district secondary schools and youth services to promote youth mental health. Our professional team has been providing individualised services including counselling, psychological assessments, functional or vocational trainings and career support programmes to those service users referred by schools. We will train our capable service users as animal volunteers, who will provide the animal-assisted programmes to secondary school students and will connect with the public to promote mental wellness in the community.
