52 推廣健康生活 本會積極與地區團體協作,透過多元化活動向 服務使用者提供健康資訊,逐步提升服務使用 者的健康管理能力。油康滙與社會福利署九龍 城及油尖旺區策劃及統籌小組協作,推行「食 營 D 健康飲食教育計劃」,計劃由「新視野•同 創持續效益」贊助,安排營養師和中醫師從綜 合的角度(中西方知識)推廣健康教育,並提供 個別營養師諮詢服務。油康滙亦推出先導健康 計劃,由職業治療師、註冊護士和社工等專職 醫療人員組成的團隊,為已更生康復的服務使 用者提供培訓及提供有關慢性疾病的知識,讓 他們化身守護者幫助其他有醫療需要的服務使 用者。 竹康滙則與香港佛教聯合會合作,安排中醫主 持「養生講座 — 流感篇」。而深康滙與深水埗地 區康健中心合作,向服務使用者提供高血壓管 理和失眠等健康資訊。 埔康滙延續與香港添馬網上扶輪社的合作,於 二零二一年八月至十月期間合辦「扶輪善導喜 迎營之健廚篇」,合共 22 位參賽者以健康、親 情等作菜式主題,善用由香港添馬網上扶輪社 贊助的多功能電飯煲進行無火煮食,再提交煮 食影片予評審,選出九位得獎者,藉此推廣健 康飲食。二零二一年八月, 30 名建康滙及「老 友鬼鬼計劃」的服務使用者參與香港中文大學 眼科「瞳辨晴識計劃」,接受眼科檢查及專業諮 詢及跟進服務。 本會得到香港賽馬會慈善信託基金「專業創未 來計劃」的支持,於綜合服務中心增設兩名身 心健康指導員,為期 12 個月,協助服務使用者 訂立健康目標及完成「健康護照」。與此同時, 我們鼓勵服務使用者嘗試多元化的活動,例 Development of Health Service We actively collaborated with district partners in organising health- related activities to deliver health information so as to enhance users’ health management capabilities. With the subvention of Social Welfare Department (Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong) Planning and Co-ordinating Team under the community funding, Yau Ma Tai Revival Hub (YMTRH) launched health programmes, including health education by dietitians and Chinese medicine practitioners and individual dietitian consultation. Besides, it launched a pilot health care programme, providing training and knowledge of chronic disease by Occupational Therapists, Register Nurses and Social Workers, so as to transform rehabilitated service users into protectors to help others with medical needs. CYRH cooperated with The Hong Kong Buddhist Association to host a health talk with the theme of influenza by Chinese medicine practitioners. Moreover, Shum Shui Po Revival Hub (SSPRH) collaborated with Sham Shui Po District Health Centre (SSPDHC) to share health information about hypertension management and insomnia. To promote healthy diet, Tai Po Revival Hub (TPRH) continued to co-organised a “Healthy Cook Competition” with Rotary E-Club of Tamar HK from August to October 2021. A total of 22 competitors from 7 Revival Hubs submitted their master pieces by video clips with the theme of health and love, and the selection panel eventually chose nine awardees. In August 2021, 30 services users from Kin Sang Revival Hub (KSRH) and Project Buddies & Buddies benefited from professional consultation, eye examination and follow-up services from specialised scheme under the The Department of Ophthalmology Visual Sciences of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Thanks to additional resources from “PROcruit C” supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, two wellness planners were recruited under Integrated Service Centres (ISC) for 12 months.
