126 年度重點 Highlights of the Year Mock Trial Justice Education Project Supported by the Beat Drugs Fund, the “Beat Drugs @ Mock Trial 2.0” Project provided a series of mock trial activities on anti-drug education for 10 primary schools and 26 secondary schools this year. The second preliminary and final round competitions for the secondary school section finally returned to the High Court as the epidemic situation stabilised. Also, the Project has successfully launched multiple new initiatives, including the establishment of an alumni association and the introduction of the first tertiary section competition. The Mock Trial Alumni Society, named “MTas”, aims to bring together former students to carry on the spirit of justice education in the Project. The inauguration ceremony was held on 22 October 2022 at the “Award Presentation Ceremony cum Kick-off Ceremony,” witnessed by guests including Chairperson The Hon. Mr. Justice POON and Chief Executive Ms. Anthea LEE, as well as a number of students. The first tertiary section competition successfully recruited students from different universities and formed six teams. They received training from coaches and conducted a mock trial on a drug trafficking case at the High Court. 模擬法庭 ‧ 公義教育計劃 承蒙禁毒基金贊助，「禁毒教育 @ 模擬法庭 2.0 」 計劃繼續為今年度的 10 間小學及 26 間中學提供 一系列以禁毒為題的模擬法庭活動。在疫情穩 定後，中學組的第二回合初賽及決賽終能重回 高等法院進行。計劃亦成功開展多項新嘗試， 包括成立舊生會及設立第一屆大專組比賽等。 「模擬法庭‧公義教育計劃舊生會」則命名為 「模庭村」，旨在凝聚舊生，讓模擬法庭的公義 教育精神得以傳承。舊生會成立儀式於二零二 二年十月二十二日的頒獎禮暨開展禮上舉行， 由主席潘兆童法官及總幹事李淑慧女士等嘉賓 及學生見證這歷史時刻。 第一屆大專組比賽成功招募來自不同院校的學 生，並組成六組隊伍，接受法律導師的訓練， 於高等法院就一宗販毒案件作模擬審訊。 「模擬法庭‧公義教育」計劃舊生會「模庭村」於二零二二年十月二十二日 正式成立。 The Mock Trial Alumni Society, named “MTas”, was officially established on 22 October 2022. 在疫情穩定後，中學組的比賽終能重回高等法院進行。 The competitions for the secondary school section returned to the High Court as the epidemic situation stabilised.
