Health Education Service 水銀星三號 – 深入愛滋病及血液傳染疾病預防教育及支援計劃 Mercury III – Intensive Support and Preventive Programme for AIDS and Blood-Brone Diseases 127 Service Overview 服務概覽 正向軌跡 透過大型講座、小組活動及健康教 育短片等形式，恆常於不同院所、 機構及單位提供健康教育服務，其 中包括懲教署轄下各類懲教設施、 入境事務中心、社會福利署轄下之 感化╱住宿院舍，及非政府機構之 關押式戒毒中心，從而推行愛滋病 及血液傳染疾病預防及健康教育 服務。 止藍針計劃 透過緩減傷害的介入手法，於藥物 誤用人士聚集的地點（如美沙酮診 所），並由已戒毒及受訓的朋輩支援 員向有需要的服務社群推行個人、 小組及社區層面的預防教育，同時 亦會免費派發物資及推動「無舊針」 衞生社區計劃。對於丙型肝炎陽性 的服務使用者則會轉介至醫院接受 治療。 關懷移動網 為多元族裔、女性性工作者及其顧 客提供愛滋病及血液傳播疾病的預 防教育服務，其中包括外展服務、 個案工作及小組活動，同時提供免 費、保 密 及 不 記 名 的 快 速 測 試 服 務，並派發免費安全套及服務宣傳 品。此外亦會利用網上平台向公眾 及隱蔽群組推廣健康生活方式，從 而提高大眾的自我保護意識。 會員特務計劃 為男男性接觸者高危群組提供愛滋 病及血液傳染疾病的預防教育服 務，方式包括網上及社區外展、小 組及個案工作等，以提供情緒支援 服務，並提供免費、保密、不記名的 快速測試服務及派發免費安全套、 潤滑劑和愛滋病自我測試套裝此 外，我們亦會參與不同與 LGBTQ+ 相 關的大型活動，藉此向服務社群提 供相關資訊。 Project PATHS We offer preventive and health eduction on AIDS and blood-brone diseases through providing health education information in different formats such as videos, health talks and intensive education groups for different institutions, organisations and units, including various correctional facilities under the Correctional Services Department, Immigration Centre, Probation Home under the Social Welfare Department and closed drug rehabilitation hostels of different non-governmental organisations on a regular basis. Project COMPASS Ex-drug users are well-trained as peer supporter to provide, individual, group and community preventive education at spots where drug users gathered, for example, Methadone Clinics. With the aid of harm reduction intervention approach, free blood and wound care educational kits, condoms and sharp boxes are distributed for promoting community hygiene scheme. Referral service to hospital treatment is also provided to the service users who are infected by Hepatitis C. Project Care Mobile Net (CMN) We enhance ethnically diverse service users, female sex workers and their client’s awareness of safe sex through outreach education, online platform, individual and group education. Free emotional support, counselling and voluntary testing services are provided. We also distribute free condoms and educational publicity items to the general public to encourage safety sex. Meanwhile, online outreach services are conducted through different social media platforms so as to reach out to hidden groups and promote healthy lifestyle. Project Member Special Mission (MSM) Prevention education and emotional support services on HIV and blood-borne diseases to high-risk groups of male-to-male sexual contacts are provided in various format, including online and community outreach, group and case work. Additionally, free, confidential, anonymous testing services, distribution of free condoms, lubricants, and self-testing kits is also available. We also actively participate in community programmes related to LGBTQ+ in order to provide health education in the community.
