130 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 於懲教署筲箕灣多用途家庭及更生 服務中心提供線上健康教育服務 懲教署設於筲箕灣的多用途家庭及更生服務中 心於二零二二年十月二十六日正式啟用，為更 生人士及其家屬提供心理輔導服務，並為在囚 人士的家屬提供視像探訪服務。「正向軌跡」很 榮幸成為首個受邀進入該中心為在囚所員提供 線上健康教育服務的計劃。 Providing Online Health Education Service for the Inmates in CSD Multi -purpose Family and Rehabilitation Service Centre in Shau Kei Wan The Correctional Services Department officially launched its Multi-purpose Family and Rehabilitation Service Centre in Shau Kei Wan on 26 October 2022, which aims to provide psychological and counselling services for rehabilitated offenders and their families, as well as video social visit service for families of persons in custody. “Project PATHS” is honoured to be the first invited project to provide online health education service for the inmates in this centre. 於感化╱住宿院舍舉行健康教育小組。 Health education group in the Probation Home under the Social Welfare Department. 計劃社工提供流動血液測試服務。 Project social worker provided mobile blood testing service. 為戒毒中心服務使用者提供預防血液傳染疾病講座。 Preventive education talks on blood-borne diseases for the residents in the drug treatment and rehabilitation centres. 與朋輩支援員慶祝新春晚宴。 Peer supporters and social workers attended Chinese New Year Dinner. 加強丙型肝炎感染人士和康復人士 的支援 為加強丙型肝炎感染人士和康復人士的互助， 「止藍針計劃」定期舉行丙型肝炎互助小組，讓 不同的服務使用者於此平台得到相關的健康資 訊，並於面對丙型肝炎的治療路上得到朋輩之 間的支持。 Supporting People Infected by Hepatitis C and In Recovery To fulfill the needs of the people who are infected with Hepatitis C, “Project Compass” regularly organised a mutual support group for service users to receive health information, and gain support from peers who have recovered from Hepatitis C, which helps motivate service users to fight against the disease.
