173 人才發展及職員訓練 Talent Development and Staff Training Service Overview 服務概覽 人才發展部致力統籌、策劃及執行 本會員工培訓、專業發展、知識承 傳等範疇的工作。 Talent Development Division plans, co-ordinates and implements staff training, professional development and knowledge exchange programmes. 服務數據 Service Data 培訓導師莫婉芝女士（九龍東社會康復及支援綜合服務中心 督導主任）講授在個案工作中實踐「服務水平／個案管理量 表」的技能和知識。 Master trainer Ms. Amy Mok (Supervisor, KEISC) taught the skills and knowledge on the practice of “LS/CMI” in casework. 譚一鴻醫生向同工分享基層醫療知識。 Dr. Tam Yat-hung shared primary health knowledge with colleagues. 外間個人培訓： External training for individuals: 48 參與人次 No. of Participation 切合服務及工作所需的外間培訓。 External training relevant to service and work setting 機構主導課程： Corporate-led training: 368 參與人次 No. of Participation 新員工導向活動、機構人才發展分享會、年度計劃工作 坊等。 Induction programme for new staff, Talent Development Sharing, Year Plan Workshop, etc. 服務主導課程： Service-led training: 707 參與人次 No. of Participation 社會事件服務模式工作坊、「服務水平╱個案管理量表」證書 課程、「轉化作貢獻」研討會 2023 – 朋輩支援服務應用及未來 發展。 Social Incident Service Model Workshop, New User Training on LS/CMI, “Transforming Lives, Transforming Communities” PEER Support Services Conference 2023, etc.
