54 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 健康服務發展 我們注重服務使用者的身心健康,因此我們安 排各種戶外、具教育性和線上及線下休閒活 動,以提升他們的身心健康,同時幫助他們建 立韌性和培養正向品質。 「 尋回自己 2.0 」跑步小組自二零二二年十月開 始恢復活動。服務使用者和義工於每週日早上 聚集於深水埗運動場,由一支專業的跑步教練 團隊帶領進行跑步和健身訓練。訓練不僅改善 了參加者的身體狀況,還增強了他們的毅力。 而參加者的努力亦在各種公開比賽中獲得肯 定,例如跑步小組成員成功完成了二零二二年 十二月十一日的「愛跑 • 東涌呀」,並於二零二 三年二月十二日的「第 25 屆渣打香港馬拉松」上 完成了十公里半馬拉松和全馬拉松。 為推廣健康飲食習慣及恆常運動的重要性, 竹康匯與衞生署合辦了「我好『叻』社區健康推 廣計劃」。服務使用者學習了茶的種類及其益 處,並參加了以茶道為主題的靜觀練習,學習 如何集中及放鬆。透過這些練習,參加者更加 意識到自己的身體和呼吸速率,同時亦減輕了 當前壓力及舒緩了負面情緒。 Development of Health Service We prioritise the physical and mental wellbeing of service users, therefore, outdoor, educational, online and offline leisure activities are arranged to improve service users’ physical and mental health, which also help to build resilience and cultivate positive qualities. “ Run For Our Life 2.0 ” running group resumed in October 2022. Both service users and volunteers gather at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground every Sunday morning for running and fitness training led by a team of professional running coaches. The training has not only improved participants’ physical health conditions, but also enhanced their perseverance. Their efforts had been paid- off with the successful completion of the 5.5km “Lifewire Run” on 11 December 2022 and the 10km half-marathon and marathon at “The 25 th Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon” on 12 February 2023. To promote healthy eating habits and the importance of regular exercise, Chuk Yuen Revival Hub organised the “ 我好『叻』社區 健康推廣計劃 ” in collaboration with the Department of Health. Service users learned about different types of tea and their benefits and participated in tea ceremony-themed mindfulness exercises to learn how to focus and relax. Through these exercises, participants became more aware of their body and breathing rate, while also reducing stress and soothing negative emotions. 「尋回自己 2.0 」跑步小組成員參與各種跑步賽事。 Members of “Run For Our Life 2.0” joined different running events.
