55 疫情下連結社區資源 為協助服務使用者應對及適應新常態，物質資 助及提供實用資訊的提供是至關重要的。感謝 置地公司家基金、尊賢會和銀杏館的慷慨捐 贈，我們分發了超過 600 份防疫護理包，當中 包含了各個服務點自製的護理包，給受疫情影 響的低收入服務使用者及其家人。我們亦透過 線上和線下平台傳遞政府相關政策的最新消 息，例如「疫苗通行證」的接種時間表、「康復紀 錄二維碼」的下載安排及「臨時疫苗通行證」的 要求。 Connecting Community Resources under Pandemic The provision of in-kind support and useful information is crucial in assisting service users to adapt to the new normal. Thanks to the generous donations from Hongkong Land HOME FUND, The Jade Club and Gingko House, we distributed over 600 anti- epidemic care bags, including customised care bags by Revival Hubs, to low-income service users and their families affected by the pandemic. We also disseminated the latest news and information on relevant government policies through online and offline platforms, such as the “Vaccination Pass” dosage schedule, the arrangements of “Recovery Record QR Code” and the “Provisional Vaccine Pass”. 感謝置地公司家基金、尊賢會及銀杏館的捐助，我們把超過 600 份抗疫包送 出予低收入服務使用者及其家人。 Thanks to the donations of Hongkong Land HOME FUND, The Jade Club and Gingko House, we distributed over 600 anti-epidemic care bags to low-income service users and their families. 另外，埔康匯於二零二二年五月與菲臘牙科醫 院合作，為服務使用者安排了初步的牙科檢查 和諮詢，同時為每位服務使用者提供了簡單的 醫療摘要，以便進一步跟進。 Moreover, in May 2022, Tai Po Revival Hub collaborated with the Prince Philip Dental Hospital to arrange initial dental checkups and consultation for service users. A medical summary was also provided for each service user for further follow-ups.
