57 被捕及候審、在囚及更生人士家庭支援服務 Services for Family Members of Arrestees, Remanded, Persons in Custody, and Ex-offenders 藍巴士賽馬會結伴成長計劃 BlueBus JockeyClubTogetherWeGrowProject 本會與香港小童群益會攜手合 作的「藍巴士賽馬會結伴成長計 劃」服務已於二零二二年八月底 完結。計劃支援全港 18 歲以下， 因家長面對被捕、司法程序、在 囚或更生階段而需要協助的全 港兒童及青少年（以及其家長或 照顧者）。疫情下，本計劃除以 輔導服務支援家庭面對危機及 需要外，亦以不同活動協助兒 童、青少年及其家庭克服困境及 成長挑戰，如網上小組及活動， 過去一年為 114 個兒童及青少年 提供服務。此外，去年共有 11 位 在囚的父親及母親參與在懲教 院所內進行的「懲教院所家長遙 距課程」，協助他們拉近與子女 的距離，促進正面的親子聯繫。 The first phase of the “Blue Bus Jockey Club Together We Grow Project” with The Boys’ and Girls’ Club Association of Hong Kong completed in August 2022. It provided all-rounded supporting service to the children and youth, whose parents were arrested, incarcerated, or were ex-offenders, as well as their caregivers in Hong Kong. During the pandemic, we provided counselling services, crisis intervention, and online programmes to help families to resolve and overcome the challenges. Throughout the year, we served 114 children and youth. Furthermore, 11 incarcerated fathers and mothers joined a programme titled “Distance-learning Course for Incarcerated Parents” to facilitate positive family relationships with their children.
