The Agency provides a wide range of rehabilitation services through various units. Beyond addressing basic needs like clothing, food, and shelter, we implement the "H.O.M.E." service model to empower individuals to restart their lives, harness their strengths, and contribute positively to society. 䉦佗㧝䉴ᴑ⬽โ㦰෢㟲෇Ǒ⺀⇗㟲෇ HKJC Community Project Grant - Project OASIS ѷ䘠஛》ຜ䎋䎋ѸǑᴗ㭟ᄪ䁓᮱᪾䁰㐚⏿㒬』㟲෇ Buddies' Hub" - Peer-in-a-Team Support Service on Hidden Drug Users 㛬ᨿປఅᓔ %VVIWXIIW ERH %GGYWIH ↍䀵⬽ᘼᴙ෼ ↍䀵⬽ᘼኝᔟඉ伺佗໅โ᮱᪾∗ Ᏼ㰤↍଀ኀ佶అᓔ଀ኀ༰ᴇ⠬଀ ኀປഐᒬᔮ佹๑෢ଓ௽㔊❀ᄆ䃻 ᓬ൶ૡ຿↍佝ᚲ〔⠮⠬⤹ᄑᮈ佹 㟖⅁௸଀ປᒬᛆ⭾ආ࿉䆮 【ເ㟲෇ ⒦ഋใ⁵ᥗଟઔ⤹㛬ᨿ佶అᓔ㾪 』ປഐᒬ଀᪜஬㰳൮᮱᪾༰㭎ᓭ Court Social Work Service Court social worker reach out to individuals (and their families) who are suspected of infringing the law, or being taken into prosecution process, to provide comprehensive counseling services Project Hope Net – Support Service for Elderly Arrestees To alleviate stress and provide assistance to arrestees (aged 60 or above) and their family members throughout prosecution processes and post-sentencing stage. 㒗ᙅኀ㧝䉴ᴑ⹄୒ᥒ㾪㟲෇ ᮱᪾伺佗使來 ⁵ଟક佹ᄆᒬ㾪䃻ᓬ㛬ᨿ佶຿↍佝ᚲ佶 ᄴᄁᥗᴇ⠬䁖₥〔䂭㞗๑෢⤹伺佗೵ⱺປ䃮ᓰ᚛ ଟ ປഐᒬ㾪 ┩䇅』 佷 ALONG YOUR WAY 䛕ᴍ᩽㟧຿↍佝ᚲ ଀ኀᒬᔮⷍ⭚ీᛏ᮱᪾㟲෇ ⒦㛬ᨿ䛗㱌᧎䛗ᄴᄁ䛗ᴇ⠬଀ኀປഐᒬᔮ᪜஬ᡎ⺭ປ ម❀᮱᪾佹᪜่ᨇᒗᴙ෼ᓬ㥛⤹ⷍ⭚ቭේⴁ❀ダේ佷 ᄴᄁભ Incarceration Blue Bus Jockey Club Together We Grow Project Provide supporting services to children and youth, whose parents are arrested, incarcerated, or ex-offenders, also their caregivers “Along Your Way”: Mental Health Support Program for Family Members of Remanded, Incarcerated individuals, and Ex-offenders Support and enhance the ability of mental stress management of arrested/ remanded/ incarcerated/ formerly incarcerated individuals and their families and arouse public awareness to the service recipients ᥔ₻ᴙ෼ Drug Rehabilitation Service
