1. How can I register as an online flag day volunteer?
   Please go to the SideBySide Flag Day website (https://flagday.sidebyside.org.hk) and select "Online Volunteer Registration" on the homepage to register.
2. How can I participate in online flag selling?
   After successfully registering as an online flag day volunteer, you can share your exclusive "Online Flag Bag" with friends and family through social media or messaging apps, and urge them to donate to support the cause.
3. What counts as a successful registration?
   After submitting the required information, the page will display "Registration Successful". The system will also automatically send a confirmation email to the email address provided within 10 minutes.
4. Why have I not received a confirmation email after registering?
   If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours of registration, please contact SideBySide staff (phone: 2527 4018 / WhatsApp: 5646 5397 / Email：flag@sidebyside.org.hk)。
5. Can the same email address be used to register two volunteers?
   Each email address can only be used to register as an online flag day volunteer once.
6. What should I do if I forget my volunteer number/password and cannot log in to my online flag bag?
   Select "Forgot Password" on the "Online Volunteer Registration" page, then enter the email address or phone number provided during registration. The system will automatically resend the information to your email address.
7. Can I change my fundraising goal or user profile picture?
   Yes, you can log in to your online flag bag to make changes.
8. How can I obtain a volunteer certificate?
   All volunteer will receive a cert upon completion of event.
9. Why do my friends' donations still show as "Pending"?
   If PayPal or Aliplay is used, successful donations will be displayed in the record table immediately. If another payment method is used, the status will change to "Confirmed" after SideBySide confirms receipt of the donation (confirmation may take up to 3 working days, while cheque payments generally take around 14 working days to process due to mailing and bank clearance procedures).
10. Can I register as both a "Street Flag Day" and an "Online Flag Day" volunteer at the same time?
    Yes, please register separately on the "Flag Day Volunteer Registration" and "Online Volunteer Registration" pages.
11. What is the deadline for online flag selling?
    Online flag selling is available from now until Sept 18, 2023.
