The groundbreaking ceremony for “Good Mansion” Transitional Housing Project (the project) was held on 9 May. The project is located on Hung Lok Road in Hung Hom and will consist of two four-story buildings near community facilities like the municipal building and sports field. Applications for residency will be accepted as early as the end of this year. The project will use modular construction and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024. SideBySide thanks the Housing Bureau for funding the transitional housing project, which will provide short-term housing options for families in unsuitable living conditions.
