Racial Diversity Employment Programme

Racial Diversity Employment Programme (RDEP), launched by the Labour Department, aims to provide one-stop employment services for ethnic minority job seekers through a case management approach so as to enhance their employability and to support their career development. SideBySide is the RDEP service provider of Kowloon region.

-     Service period lasts for 6 months of each job seeker

-     Service is free of charge

Ethnic minority job seekers who are lawfully employable.
