Peer Support Service (PSS) of the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) provides emotional support to persons in recovery and their caregivers as well as facilitating them in the recovery process. In addition to having relevant training, peer supporters are also persons in recovery themselves. They support and encourage others in recovery based on their personal experiences. Also, it raises the public's awareness of mental wellness and the strengths of the person in recovery to build an inclusive and healthy community.

Service Objective
- To adopt the principle of the "recovery" approach to render individualised and person-centered intervention to enhance personal and responsibility, engage in community participation, and induce goals and hopes in their lives.
- Increase public awareness and promote acceptance of persons in recovery and social inclusion in the community.

Persons in recovery and their families, and people of the community.
Scope of Services
- Provide telephone contact, interview sessions and outreach visits. To share the peer supporter’s own transformation experience
- Deliver group sessions/activities and public education programmes
Service Fees
Service Charge: Free of charge; For the fees of programmes, they will be charged according to the Society’s programme income guideline.

Service Application
Persons in recovery can receive the Peer Support Service after the assessment by the caseworker.
Service Withdrawal
Persons in recovery can apply to their respective caseworkers for the service withdrawal.
