About SO Walk 2025
The Chinese character "甦" (pronunciation: So) is formed from the words "更生," symbolising awakening and rebirth. "SO Walk" represents the journey of individuals in recovery as they rise from their mistakes and embark on a new path. Through "SO Walk," we offer understanding and unwavering support to those on the challenging road to social reintegration so that they can they can belong.
"SO Walk " 2025 is dedicated to accompany incarcerated individuals, those in recovery, and their children on their journey back to the community. Fund raised will be used for the development of crime prevention education and social rehabilitation services.
Organised by SideBySide and fully supported by The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, this event will take place on Saturday, 22nd February 2025, in the morning at the Clearwater Bay Country Club. Through the joy of sport, we aim to unite various sectors of the community to support the vulnerable and strengthen our connections.

Firmly committed to giving back to the community, The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club has been actively engaging in different charitable initiatives. Through its Community Outreach Programme, the Club has organized and participated in a variety of social caring, sport promotion and wellness projects and events, extending support to the needy from different walks of life.
This is the first time The Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club collaborates with SideBySide to co-organise charity event. With an objective to raise funds for the SideBySide, the Club will fully support the “SO Walk" in February 2025
