School-based programmes
Through multi-media means and life education, CECPS offers various services at school, including talks facilitated by rehabilitated ex-offenders, groups, educational theatre, music sharing, etc. Apart from disseminating the message of crime prevention, CECPS also emphasizes to cultivate positive attributes in children and adolescents so as to strengthen their resilience.
Community Service
Promoting the message of “fight crime” and “support rehabilitated ex-offenders” in the community, through organizing diversified activities, such as exhibition, symposium, drama and singing performance.

Application and Withdrawal
- Service could be accessed through direct application by phone, fax, email, mail or referral.
- The service is provided on voluntary basis.
- Service users could apply for termination of service.
- The staff could terminate the service upon professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users.
