Health Education Service consists of two projects of “Priority Populations Testing & Counselling Programme” and “People Living with HIV (PLHIV) Support Services Programme” funded by Reb Ribbon Center of the Department of Health and one project of “Walk along to Wellbeing II – Preventive and Educational Program of Chem Fun (MSM Channel)” funded by Beat Drugs Fund. “Body-Mind-Spirit Approach” is adopted as the intervention model to provide holistic care to target service users.
