1. Assessment and Training on Activities of Daily Living and Community Living Skills     
2. Individual training, therapeutic group, day training program and case management
3. Needs assessment for home improvement and adaptive device prescription
4. Coaching on Lifestyle Redesign, social skills, cognitive functioning assessment and training
5. Vocational assessment and Rehabilitation, workplace safety and health training, ongoing job support
6. Primary health education
7. Responsible for formulating and implementing the work environment and facilities safety policy of the agency and provides staff training as necessary.
8. Provide consultancy service and staff training

Interested parties are welcome to download!

Free of charge

Service users could obtain the service through direct application to any SideBySide service centre. All applicants will be accessed by our social workers, who then refer to our Occupational Therapists for follow-up if treatment is needed.  

The service is provided on a voluntary basis. Service users could apply for service termination any time. On the other hand, our Occupational Therapists could also terminate the service upon their professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users.
