Employment Development Unit (EDU) and Employment Enhancement Unit (EEU)
EDU and EEU provides case follow-up and referral services for ex-offenders to assist them with job search.
Vocational Training Programme in Correctional Institutions
The programme provides skills training, personal attributes training, individual counseling and post-release employment counseling and follow-up service for prisoners soon to be discharged.
Service users took part in the Foundation Certificate in Plumber Training for Interior Renovation (Intermediate Trade Test).
Employment Rehabilitation Centre
The centre provides temporary job placements in a workshop setting for ex-offenders and the unemployed.
ERB Manpower Development Scheme
ERB offers a diverse range of job skills training courses, as well as provides employment counseling for all eligible people aged 15 or above with an educational attainment at sub-degree level or below. Moreover, ERB will provide tailor-made programmes and job referral service for participating employers.

Application and Withdrawal
Service users could obtain the service through self-approach, or through referral made by any SRACP service unit, Social Welfare Department, Correctional Services Department or other agencies. The service is provided on a voluntary basis. Service users could apply for termination of service. On the other hand, the staff could also terminate the service upon professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users.
